Bren Arkinstall – Chief Executive Officer

As CEO Bren is responsible for setting the short and long term strategy and vision for Edmund Rice Foundation (Australia). Bren is responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and also for working with our wide range of stakeholders to generate new revenue streams and also to deliver the best possible outcomes for the people we serve. As ERFA CEO, Bren acts as the direct liaison between the Board and ERFA management and communicates to the Board on behalf of management, staff, Program Leaders and all of ERFA’s other engaged stakeholder groups.


Emily Faller – Programs Director

Emily commenced working with Edmund Rice Foundation (Australia) in March 2015. She is responsible for supporting successful implementation of ERFA funded programs throughout the program cycle. This includes evaluation, capacity building and in country monitoring. Emily is also responsible for program partnerships and ensuring that ERFA’s program management remains compliant with the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) Code of Conduct.


Louise Allison – Donor Relations Manager, South West

Louise liaises with a wide range of caring people who contribute to the betterment of people’s lives. She develops and maintains strong relationships with event organisers, schools, donors and many other like-minded people supporting the Edmund Rice Foundation (Australia). Louise works to raise awareness of the challenges faced by those less fortunate and to encourage involvement with ERFA through attendance at fundraising events and through involvement in programs such as the Gone Fishing immersion.

Jarrod Turner – Donor Relations Manager, North East

Jarrod joined Edmund Rice Foundation (Australia) in January 2018 and is responsible for nurturing strong relationships with supporters and donors, with a strong focus on creating new engagement opportunities and initiating new partnerships. Jarrod will work with school communities, corporate bodies and individuals, primarily based in Queensland and New South Wales, to continue to provide meaningful links with ERFA, as well as looking after major events such as the ERFA Golf Day and Annual Gala Dinner.

Br Bill Wilding – Relations Manager

Bill has had a long involvement with the Edmund Rice Foundation (Australia). In his role as General Manager he is responsible for relationships with the overseas leaders of the projects supported by the Foundation. Bill oversees project reporting requirements and annual acquittals and he supervises quarterly funds transfers to projects in Africa and Oceania. He also has responsibility for donor recognition and is the publisher of the Foundation’s “Reaching Out” newsletter.

Br Robert Stone – Compliance Manager

Robert joined Edmund Rice Foundation (Australia) in 2009. Currently, as Compliance Officer, Robert is responsible for completion of the ERFA’s assessments of its compliance with the ACFID Code of Conduct. The Australian Council for International Development (ACFID) is the peak body for Australian non-government organisations involved in international development. The Code, a self-regulatory protocol of best practice, aims to improve international development outcomes and increase stakeholder trust by enhancing the transparency, accountability and effectiveness of ACFID members. Robert, as chair of the Monitoring and Evaluation Working Group, is responsible for communication with ERFA supported programs regarding their quarterly and annual acquittal reports, the assessment and evaluation of those reports and the provision of feedback to program leaders.

Finley Stupkin – Communications Coordinator

Finley joined  Edmund Rice Foundation (Australia) in September 2016 as Executive Assistant to the CEO.  After a time on maternity leave in 2018, Finley has returned to ERFA in a part time capacity as Communications Coordinator. Her role is the management and smooth running of the Brisbane Executive Office, supporting ERFA staff and CEO and coordinating ERFA’s internal and external communications. Her extensive background as an Executive Assistant, Marketing and Communications and administration is a strong asset for ERFA.

Kelly Campbell – Database Coordinator

Kelly joined Edmund Rice Foundation (Australia) in June 2019 as Database Coordinator.
