ERFA’s ability to provide educational opportunities to people living in poverty is facilitated by our hard-working staff. The Africa Development Manager of our Nairobi branch office, Richard, has been working for ERFA since 2018.
Richard provides capacity building support to the 17 projects that ERFA supports in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and South Africa. This includes assisting Partners in project design, training Partners in project management and evaluating the success of activities. Richard is well known by Staff and beneficiaries alike for his contagious smile and the tireless spirit that he brings to his work. Thank you Richard!
