She manages the programs teams in Australia and Kenya to ensure ERF’s programming in East Africa, South Africa, Timor Leste, the Philippines and Australia aligns with the organisation’s vision and that it delivers high impact development outcomes. Emily is responsible for providing regular reports and advice to ERF’s board, management and supporters regarding the performance of projects and best practice program management. She is also responsible for ensuring ERF’s compliance with regulatory bodies in Australia and internationally.
