Natasha is an experienced Chief People & Engagement Officer, Non-Executive Director, and purpose-driven leader with a deep commitment to leadership, culture, and social impact. With nearly 30 years in human resources and organisational transformation, they have shaped inclusive, high-performing workplaces across diverse industries.

A passionate advocate for community impact, Natasha has been actively engaged in philanthropy and volunteering since the age of 19, supporting causes that drive meaningful and sustainable change. They previously served with Rotary International’s Canterbury Club, contributing to grassroots initiatives before stepping into their role with the Edmund Rice Foundation. Their dedication to social equity is also reflected in their ongoing sponsorship of the Female Entrepreneur Award at the Melbourne Business Network.

As the Chief People Officer of BildGroup & founder of The Alchemy Collective, Natasha leads leadership, culture, and wellbeing programs, empowering individuals and organisations to thrive.
