Mirror of Hope C.B.O’s Savings and Internal Lending Communities (SILC) project continues to extend financial assistance and distil business management skills to its 125-strong member base.

Last month the project leaders hosted their first “trainer of trainers session”, where 20 women received education in small business management, covering topics such as bookkeeping, marketing and economies of scale. The “trainers” are currently disseminating these learnings to the members of their individual SILC group.

Trainer of trainers is a far-reaching, efficient and COVID-safe education model that Mirror of Hope will continue to implement throughout the year.
