We will contact you within two days of receiving your complaint and aim to have it fully resolved within ten working days.
How do we respond?
We will take your complaint seriously and work hard to resolve it. We will listen to your concerns and are happy to hear your suggestions of how we can make things better.

We hope that we can resolve your complaint. However, if you are not satisfied with our response you can let us know that you are still unhappy or you can lodge a complaint with the Australian Council for International Development (ACFID).
